Under Monica's leadership, the company has been named one of the Top 500 Hispanic American-Owned Businesses in the United States, Top 100 Minority-Owned Businesses in Georgia, and Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses in Georgia.
She has received numerous awards, including the Jackie Robinson’s Most Valuable Diverse Business Partners (MVDBP) Award, and was recognized in the inaugural class of the “50 Most Influential Latinos in Georgia” by the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 2019.
As President and CEO, Monica understands the importance of innovation and empathy and is passionate about helping businesses grow. She has transformed, what began over 37 years ago as a small printing business and her father's dream, into a full-integrated communications agency and printing company; empowering emerging and established organizations to grow through creative, strategic and impactful brand solutions and purpose-driven communications.
Monica has served on the boards of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC), Latin American Chamber of Commerce (LACC), DeKalb Chamber of Commerce, and Colombianitos non-profit organization.
She is currently on the Marketing Committee for the GWBC (Greater Women’s Business Council) and the Advisory Council of the Minority Business Input Committee (MBEIC) at the Georgia Minority Development Council (GMSDC); Monica is also a member of the The International Women’s Forum of Georgia.
Over the years, Monica has served as a leading Latina powerhouse in the minority, small business, and national supplier diversity landscape. Her drive for community and people has inspired a wave of next generation women entrepreneurs that today are living to their full potential and believing it’s possible to achieve the American dream.
